Meet Jon

Entrepreneur, Trainer and Motivational Speaker.

Jon Matthews started his sales career at the age of 18 as a fresh young door to door salesperson for an Adelaide security company, that was 27 years ago. Since that time Jon has had a long career in both the retail and direct sales arena.

Opening up his first promotional business at the age of 24, Jon has started and sold a number of businesses that are still strong performers today. Loving the challenge of business, Jon still has an stake in a couple of start up businesses here in South Australia outside of his role as a business consultant and trainer with Exalt.
